It is much more better than before, especially with pre-equipped soldiers.
I would suggest one important thing: by right clicking on any item it would equip / unequip the selected soldier with.
That way equippings a soldier with primary weapons, then ammo, then armor will be a lot faster and easier than before.
And I assume this would'nt be big time coding to do that.
