how to assign workers to buld items ?

I looked everywhere, but cant find it.
Yes, i find mauifacturing scree with asigning items to manufature, but novhere find place where to asigh workers to work on items. And yes,I was sucesfull at research.

There is no need for it. You set up a production queue. All workers work on the first item on the list. You can reorder the production queue with up/down arrow buttons.

but why it write that I have idle workers despite having some ordered items to production ?

It says "ready" not "idle" on English, but true it could still be phrased better. (It says how much of all hired workers can actually work (due to workshop limit))
