Lights on the Colored geomap

Hi. I don't really know were to post this but at least I concider it to be a mistake or a bug (or none of them).

The light in these to differs a LOT, I've played 2.3.1 rather much, but I now tried 2.4-dev.

In 2.3.1 I could play with this enabled all the time, but in 2.4-dev its simply too much light (or blur?) especially on the edges.
I don't know if this is on purpose or if its an effect of other changes made... however, I tried to change this is the graphics-option, but it didn't seem to affect it at all (maybe it isn't even an option made for this?).
So maybe its supposed to be like this, or not: I dont know, But i like it more as it is in 2.3.1

2.4-dev (no it isn't on English but translated to Swedish actually)

i've added an option now - you can set the cvar cl_3dmap to 2 to disable the glowing (open the game console [Shift+ESC] and type "cl_3dmap 2")

this is available in future nightly builds
