Something wrong with production

First of all: iam a great fan of Xcom, i am really enjoying this project. Thank you very much for starting it.

The one thing that really bugs is that i cannot produce anything. Progress drops to 0% from time to time, and i cannot see ant reasons for it. For example: electromagnetic rifle should take 120hrs to produce. Its being produced for aroud 10 days. And last time ive checked base stats it was just 4% complete! That's because progress was nullified several times during that time.

Is it a bug or is it just me?

PS: used search - didnt find anything on this
