can i play with my friend in internet?(win32)
we tried to do it but after he created a server i couldnt connect to him(but in reality his ping with my comp is quite good)
it was looking like:
connecting.. connecting.. connecting... nothing happened
and is there some kind of lobby?
or player connects in a midle of game?

or only lan works?

there is currently no lobby - no master server is running - feel free to contribute a root server to run some ;-)

internet play should work as well as lan play. but you should really wait for rc5 - rc4 had some quite annoying bugs that made multiplayer games not work correctly.

what do you think about making an option during creation of server:
something like this:
choose game type: lan\internet it will be easy to use this option, not console-commands or something else :)]
because creation of server mm is more lan orientated... so programmers can make split of lan and inet modules (.cpp) (if you already havent this)

Win32 multiplayer is currently very buggy. Read the other thread about it, somewhere.
