(r27240) Intro video still stutters

I've had this ever since the video was introduced (I've tested three other 2.3 revisions; can't remember the numbers of the previous ones).

Windows XP 32-bit

Just in case you need more details:

Used DivX (second to the latest version as of Dec 23)
Used K-lite Codec Pack (second to the latest version as of Dec 23)
P4 2.4Ghz
Nvidia 7300 GT 512 Mb (Forceware v190+ can't remember the exact version)

I just got my new PC and have just finished updating all my drivers. I'll DL a new version of this game when I get back from the holidays.

I'm wondering if this is the same issue I complained about before on my Dual-core machine, a bit faster than those specs yet I had the issue regardless of if I was running the game under Windows XP or Kubuntu Linux.

I haven't re-played the intro clip in some time though, over a month, I'll have to check if it still stutters for me.

With Muton's 27972 package, this problem no longer exists.

It might also be my new system.
