Problems texture Ubuntu 9.04

I install pefectly UFO:Alien all works fine but when I start a mission the textures can't load:
this is the image...

which version of the game are you using? what is your hardware and so on. more information - otherwise we can't help you.

Mesa DRI Intel(R) 965 GEM
Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM

I used the tutorial of the Wiki for install in Debian.

try to deactivate glsl shaders.
