I've just had the dragon and stingray interceptors open up for research; however teh only UFO techs I have is UFO theory and UFO fighter. No antimatter, no alien propulsion, no alien materials all of which should be essential according to the tech requirements in the wiki and common sense. I also don't get the email message for their proposal appearing in my inbox.
Not too sure if this is the case in the devp version but the bug doesn't seem to have been addressed in this forum.
