Morale Bar

I was wondering if a morale bar could be included under the health bar.  I know the morale is shown by a number, but it's hard to tell if it went up or down.  It's a lot easier to keep track of it with a bar display like health and TU.

There is a morale bar already in the latest development version (on the original HUD).
