All bases named the same and Can't rename

I just built a second base, and gave it a gibberish name until I could think of something better. Unfortunately it also named my original base the same name, and now I can't change either of them. Is there some way to reset base names or something? Not a big problem just sort of annoying to have both your bases named "ASD]"

This is an awesome project by the way, Used to play Xcom when I was a kid, probably my favorite game, this really does it justice.

could you please provide more details: what version of ufoai do you play? latest stable (2.2.1), self-compiled trunk (2.3-dev, which revision?), user-contributed 2.3-dev builds (which revision)?

For me it sounds like a base index issue that was fixed some revisions ago in 2.3-dev. Don't know whether such problem was in 2.2.x.

Hi sorry, I just downloaded it two days ago, just clicked on the "latest stable build" link on the front page, so it ought to be 2.2.1. Thanks for the reply.

I can't remember such a problem from back when I played 2.2.1.
Maybe the "]" in "ASD]" is the problem.

Could you plz start a fresh (test-)game and check if you can reproduce the prob ? With and without "]" ?

yup, sure enough it only locks up with a "]" in the name.

Thx. The next step you should take is to install latest 2.3 and check if the problem is still there..
