, soldier's health grows for 10 percent of maximum skill value each day. So, as I understand, this does not depend on number of medics on a base.
I suggest to change this formula. Lets change hardcoded 10 percent to number of medics on a base. So, if there are 10 medics, the healing process will be the same, but when you have less then 10 medics, healing process will be slower.
If you think this idea is good, tell me - I will made patch.
