Walking through walls with the Phaser Belt 8000

I am a total novice when it comes to coding/modding (i got the hang on XML kinda for civ4) so I don't know if it would be plausible to have an alien item that ignores terrain.  For example, could call it the Phase Belt or some such...allows aliens to literally walk through walls! That would be a nasty surprise.

Something similar, though non-portable, is already implemented. It is called door.

The problem with passing through wall is that if you think about it, you should also be able to fall through the floor, sinking into the Earth with no way of stopping. An invisibility device would be better.

How about destroying walls - and those that stand behind >:)

(Actually come to think about it, if i would be an alien, I'd try to actively get rid of all that can pose a threat, and I would try to use as much as needed)
