Yeah, I support you, but I've never seen them. I guess my NoScript blocks them... Go get one.

They sometimes show up for me, and then they are gone again... They're usually gone, so they don't bother me much.

no-script xpl for firefox doesn't quite integrate correctly on my pc same for 90% of add-ins they often work and sometimes spit out false positives.
but still - full page? man c'mon!

I don't think it's something the admins can turn off, though - it seems a provider-side measure. But I can't say for sure.
