feature request standard equipment for soldiers

It would be nice if you could assign some sort of standard equipment for soldiers. Like a sniper haveing sniper rifel and amunition or strom trupper an assault rifle and granates. So if you are in the equipent dialog you just pick the type of solider and it assigns the corrosponding waepons. After that you should be able to change detail or save your owen type of soldier.

    * [open] allow to equip soldier by picking desired template from the list; when doing that check if the items exists in base storage, block usage of template if no items for hands in base storage
