May you please change this? I watched my friends play your game ---- in fact, I am the one FREELY distributing your game here in my neighborhood, shouting "Great Freeware in the Spirit of X-com!!" at the top of my lungs ---- and I admit, I was pretty crestfallen when one of your aliens popped out with the thing in hand.

Your game is better than X-com say all my friends. You are better than this.

It's been a while since I last put pencil to paper but if you want, I could pass some suggestions.



Also you might want to put more carapace, growths, splotches, spikes, etc on some of your aliens. Some look like plain humans with body paint.

Just my two cents.

The UFO:AI plasma pistol does look very much like that one.

This model has been created a long time before the project takeover by Mattn, Winter, Hoeher, etc...

I assume they didn't focus on what must be kept or not.

BUT we had a discussion about those covenantesque weapons and former designer told that in no way that had been take from Halo. Anyway I dont really like those model....

Their plasma rifle looks similar to our plasma pistol, but just looking at the screenshoots it is clear, that our plasma pistol was done from the scratch - even if it looks similar, when you compare the angles it is not the same. Not talking about completley different texture. Then why you as to change this, and what exactly is this "this"?

So it's not Halo's nevertheless, why not add more in terms of contour? You have a great modeler. "Sitter" is that his name? Why not ask him?

If it doesn't look like Halo's, at least you have to agree it shares some similarity. It would be better if you make it look more unique.

Again, I salute your game. This is NOT a flame, only a suggestion to make things look better.

When this month is over, I may be able to post some suggestions. (Just minor additions to the look of the Pl. pistol if u dont want to deviate from its current look)
