MN_InitStack start a clean stack with an active menu and an alternative option menu (called "main"). The first row show the "active" menu, and the second the relative "main" menu. The main stack dont have any "main" menu. The menu manage itself the switch from "active" to "main" menu. THis image is an example of when and how we should use MN_InitStack.
MN_InitStack(activeMenuName, mainMenuName, qtrue, qtrue);
The last 2 params are only here temporary for compatibility.
