most recent version: no newer avail thru http://ufoai.org/snapshots or
http://sourceforge.net/projects/ufoai/files/UFO_AI%202.x/2.5/ufoai-2.5-win32.exe/download
howto: loading "old" savegame, saving again in new slot; loading "new" savegame fails whith XML-error
- now even "old" game won't load - no reaction,
- after restart "old" savegame loads, "new" game -> XML-error
tried uninstall / new install -> Problem remains

load working savegame, play a bit and save again;
next savegame as attached is corrupt
