Description
We have an event that pops up a suggestion message for users about capturing live aliens. This is tricky because the player may not have researched the stun rod, so we can't be very specific about how the user should go about capturing live aliens. This is important since its a key part of the game the player needs to understand.

Is there any way currently to put a check on the event that will prevent it from firing until the stun rod is researched? Or maybe a condition whereby we can show one text if it is not researched ("research x so we can develop stunning capability") and a different text if it is researched ("use the stun rod")?
