Description
<geever> installations

<geever> They have a short description visible when building them, but I think we should move it to the UFOPedia

<geever> maybe not under Basic concepts but to it's own category

<geever> when those texts were added installations didn't have a tech, with orbital launcher it changed, so it should be easy
