Burns actors, spreads over terrain, lights surroundings (the last two not yet implemented). Not very dangerous to mechanical actors and to those in life-support armor. Modern armor fabrics are usually nonflammable, but only life-support armor protects from the heat, toxic combustion gases and lack of oxygen.
