Last news post was April 2018 -- Has development stopped?

I started following this game back in 2009 or so. I even made an extensive review about it back in 2012: http://imbacore.blogspot.com/2012/03/downloadable-pc-full-version-freeware_6555.html.

It would be a sad day for a lot of people if development has stopped.

I'm kind of around but don't have much time. Some smaller updates did happen since last April, but nothing major.
