New help texts

I just wanted to let our translators know there's a bit of new text that needs translating. The texts are not very long, but there are ten of them. We've just committed a series of new ufopaedia texts that explain basic game concepts and mechanics.

I have updated the po and pot files - please use the latest revisions from the git repository in order to translate the new stuff.

Hello. Is it still possible to commit the previous patch (ufoai-fr.po) posted yesterday (patch 4978) ? This would help before translating the new texts  :P
