I don't think RF works either. Also, to those who say its not necessary: RF is the critical part of many squad based combats. If aliens are next door, and I spotted them via IR, its best to wait till they walk into my field of fire.

Also, PHALANX soldiers are supposed to be the BEST of all military people around the world. Not some scared schoolgirls. I expect copies of Punisher, Spawn, Animal Mother,,Rambo and Real Live hero Salvatore Giunta(http://badassoftheweek.com/giunta.html) show up.

Reaction fire is working in 2.4 and I believe it's been merged to 2.3.1.
