Selling Base Facilities

Is it possible to sel base facilities in 2.2.1?  Reason being is that can then reconfig base's purpose, or if I decide that I no longer want a lab at base 2, for example.

You can destroy them, but you won't get any money out of them. Same applies to 2.3 and the 2.4 dev version.

Click on the building in the already built base, or right click, one or the other.

you just go and smash everything in the facility with a very big hammer (rather than taking the inventory into storage)!
and then fill the space with concrete (although you know that you need to start digging through that concrete very soon because you want to build another facility at the same spot).
