UFOAI revision 30103

Trying to troubleshoot the missing employee screen icons bug, I ran into a new potential problem. I started a new campaign trying to see if it affected those as well and then went to check if there are any notes in the ufoconsole.log. For loading old saves there was nothing out of the ordinary, but for the new campaign, there was the following section:

It looks like there are various map problems related to harvester ufos, which means that terror missions could probably not appear in these cities. Is the map size for these cities too small to fit the ufo harvester model or is it something else?

There is no maps with harvester fitted cities conditions. They should be made.

Are those in reference to the city build map that a lot of people have worked on? The one that takes forever and a day to compile?

It's a regression due to a maps.ufo change in r29973. Some maps got terrain definition that prevents them using for these cities. I think we shoud remove those definitions (even temporary).

And the +city RMA should soon support the Harvester. Tile is done just haven't been able to make and test an appropriate assembly.

it should not be reverted imo - otherwise the industrial theme is used all over the place

Great news, thanks. Like I said, I saw a bunch of unknown errors and decided to report them because I had no idea what they were. So this is just a WIP issue, which will be taken care of in time.
