assertion failed?
« on: March 15, 2010, 06:58:35 pm »
right, well.

earlier today, I downloaded one of muttons builds, "ufoai-2.3-dev-29004-Debug-pentium3-O1-sse-7z-small-win32" and now every-time I try to do a mission, the game throws me out back to the geoscape and I keep getting a worrying message when ever I try to do a auto-mission.

I'm judgeing it has something to do with the civvies?

Same here, running destructavator's ufoai-2.3-dev-29004 installer. It's doing it every single time a mission is completed, regardless of circumstances. I tried starting up a new campaign, same thing happened. Everything had been running smoothly for weeks with this build before the bug cropped up, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the package. I was dismayed to find that the bug was still there, effectively preventing me from playing any more UFOAI.  :'(

This assert doesn't occur in trunk, because I removed it. It has to do with the new mission scoring system, which centers around how many civilians you save. Update your revisions.
