can`t reach first level on harvester

There is a bug: my soldiers can`t reached to first floor on harvester.

this is the same problem. Before it was working but yesterday it happens again.

If you happen to remember the name of the map AND is is different from '+tropic', please post in the thread titled "r24822 - Can't reach top floor on large ufo. ".
