GL error

I need to compile the ref_gl32.dll but can't figure out how to do it..... everything else in the compilation worked fine, but it can't open the GL renderer.

SVN version. I compiled went to run and it says cannot open gl something er other... :D IT says a different name then it is supposed to... how do I re-name it? (Wiki says it needs to be renamed.)
