I found a bug that came after the base transfer/return bug reported earlier. Now when I go to outfit my soldiers, I don't have all of the equipment in my inventory in the outfit screen. What usually happens is that the soldiers on the firebird are missing everything except for bought equipment. However the interceptor pilot outfit screen shows all of the equipment I have on hand.
