No text in UI

I have no text in my UI on versions 2.5 and 2.6, I only currently have 2.6 installed and set my language and downloaded drivers in an attempt to help. It has not worked. It also says I have no translation for certain items.

If you have an Intel graphic adapter, I'm afraid we didn't find a solution to that problem so far.
