Id called this more of a mapping error than a bug but just look at it im using r29227 and the map is the farm map with 2 fields, the dropship, harvester, 2 windmills, and buildings. Ill attach the pics.

LOL no the car was the default background of my theme i have and i never bothered to change it. Oh and ive noticed that whenever there is a map with the harvester on it that floor part is not there. Now someone tell me if thats a error or suppose to be there

well i guess its just +farm but the game crashed so i restarted and it loaded +farm in a different layout so im guessing its probably just +farm.

Yes, I just checked africa and desert and they are fine.
==> map bug.

Floor was given nodraw texture. Fixed in r29229.
