Saved games are NOT compatible between 2.2 and 2.3. Savegames also break occasionally between 2.3 revisions. If you're going to keep updating, be prepared to start a new game every time you do so.

Did the bug list been updated since your revision ? Do you think it is usefull that I test 2.3 active bugs against your build ?

The bug tracker should correspond to the latest trunk, if the coders aren't forgetting to close them when they fix the bugs, yes.

In the interest of coordinating/pooling beta installers, what I can do is start a new, dedicated forum thread when I'm done uploading ...

To make things even easier you could edit the first post of the thread so that the link to the newest package is alwas linked in the first post.. ;-)
