RC3: Equipment lost after mission

after a mission, it looks like the soldiers don't collect all their stuff that
is still on the ground.
One of my men had put down his flamethrower, and after the mission
it was gone.

This is bad, because it forces the player to do a lot of unnecessary micro-
management, i.e. timing the death of the last alien so that the weapons
from dead solders can be collected before the end of mission, etc.

Imo, there should be a dialogue box wheter to end the mission when the last alien dies or to continue until abort mission is used, in the latter case, any equipment not on any soldier or in the craft (incl. alien corpses and their equipment) is left behind.

The abort mission actually aborts the mission to my knowledge, the continue should be to continue on after completion. I also believe it says Replay or Continue.

This seems to be one of the inventory bugs not yet squashed. Thanks for the report. The correct behaviour is to end the mission after the last alien dies and then everything should be collected.
