Remember: The human weaponry is quite full. New weapons can be added to multiplayer and skirmish, but have no place in campaign.

Darkrain, is there an ETA for that feature ?

If you need help with coding UI or HUD features, just shout. :)

Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 ?

I hope we will have those integrated in-game soon.

Someone needs to take care of research texts and stuff, someone has to take care of the scripts, someone of the tags, someone of the particles and sounds, someone...

Feature Requests / Re: Bleeding wounds

Well in my personal implementation (yes I just made a simple one) the basic purpose of wounds is to limit medikit usage: only wounded soldiers are actually healed and wounds disappear on treatment or end of battle, but that combined with the above nerfing of the medikit should mean that soldiers have to heal most of the HP lost form all but the lightmost injuries in the hospital, or that's the plan, it probably isn't the best system (and still needs tweaking) but is enough while I wait for the official one.

Where is the patch ?   ??? ;)

You are the one to bring us the first part of "the official one". Congratulations .  8)

Coding / Re: mouse control of battlescape camera rotation
« on: April 14, 2012, 10:52:40 am »
The battlescape camera is fully operational now.
Previously the cursor needed to hover over walkable terrain for the initiation of the camera control. This check has been removed and from now on you can control the battlescape camera via middle mousebutton, no matter where the cursor is (except over menus). This fix is in master, but has been merged back to v2.4 as well.

Design / Re: New, minimalistic battlescape HUD with transparency
« on: April 14, 2012, 10:45:28 am »
MiniHUD and Skirmish mode support up to 12 soldiers in v2.5dev now:

Another quick observation - when I click on a base, it preselects the last view in there (e.g. if I was looking at the hospital, next time I click on that base it goes straight to the hospital). Not sure if this is due to mouse sensitivity or something else.
Bug report here:
