Windows / geospace - mutual attack ufo/fighter

hi, observing massive lags when ufo and fighter are following e.o. mutually and attack starts. at the same time i cannot control anything anymore, just have to wait till battle is done (can take 2-3 minutes independent of preset speed).

might be problem can be solved if course recalculation is done in 30 s steps instead of way smaller ones (less than 1s).

build 2.4 / win 7 / 64 bit

additional problem: after doing 4-5 battles more or less without bugs my comp completely freezes within another battle (mansion, dunno if important, within or after enemy turn). Had it in 3 runs already.

well, had it in a 4th run before it never again appeared. What i changed?
i turned off music AFTER i found that with Ufo-AI it was not possible to have music (winamp) running, a problem i never b4 observed. started winamp, then started Ufo-AI -> crashed. Might be there's something wrong with your sound implementation.

confirming the problem (hanging, map:mansion) win7-64 (professional)

will try some compatibility modes, and if that somewhen solves the problem, will report.


oh, and 3rd thing: hit% shown when aiming at enemy cant even be CLOSELY related to "reality", hitting close to never having about 10%, and missing like 50-60% of the time having 80-90% shown
