Ok, but I put the base at the same place in all trunks, so shouldn't by get troubles. Probably it's fixed in the new one trunk, but I downloaded the last trunk at this time. I don't need to compile it by myself, just change permission, allow executing files as program and I can start the installation in the terminal. :)
I will wait for final game, I hope enjoy it. The power armor looks very good. One my soldier didn't walk, just went like on the skateboard, or something like that... ;D

Hi,
I downloaded this trunk on Wednesday(10.10.) and it's probably an unstable version. Problems with aircraft(no enough fuel to go to mission in Africa, from the USA), but in the trunk from August it was good. I built 7 storage buidings and I had problems with space(I used just minimum space for primary weapons and armor), again no in the older trunk. The game is not in full screen after installation. Sometimes the game was unexpectely crashed down(you have no enough space available..., note in terminal) and then I had problems with X-server in my pc. I have to confirm, I couldn't fight with interceptor against UFOs with guns and without too. I've got a very bad sence of this trunk. I played to the end the trunk from August and there were minimum bugs.
I had to unistall the game(10.10.), because there were too many problems.
This is just report about the game, no complaints. I'd like to try the final release of this game and I hope many bugs will be fixed.. ;)

Hi everybody,
I downloaded 18.09.2007 trunk 2.2 and the game works properly. There is just a little problem with wrong pixels on the start screen, menu, etc, not in the mission and geoscape. I had same problem with version 2.1, so maybe is problem with my VGA. Thanks for update and go ahead to them!!! :D

I have downloaded UFOAI version 2.2(15.09.2007) and I can't install the game.

I downloaded the game twice and same problem. Wrong archive. OS: Ubuntu 7.04

The same problems have got 3 people after downloading the game. Release is dated on 04.07.2007, could by some bug in the release, no problem in ours computers.... 8)  :)

Hi, I completely unistalled version 2.1.1, because this version doesn't work properly(download from these pages, game.run, change run to executable and install in terminal). Wrong pixels on the screen(in the mission quite a lot). I played version 2.1.0 without problems and I've tried playing version 2.2(the same, download from here and install in terminal). Again problems with pixels and failed load game.so too. I think version 2.1.1 was sharing game.so library from default directory(version 2.1.0) /usr/share/games/ufoai/base, because I couldn't find this library in the home folder/ufoai/base. I don't know what is the problem. I tried copy game.so to the home folder/ufoai/base/ and same result as Bob-Morane. My PC: Intel DC2 1.66GHz, 2048 MB DDR2 RAM, nVidia Go 7300 256MB, Feisty Fawn.
I'm from Czech Republic so be patient with my terrible English.. :wink:
