none of these files are part of the game. 7th.zip is just there for historical reasons. the others are... not part of the game. but adding an entry to the license list might still be a good idea.

it looks like this is a bug in the stable version and we would have to backport the fix from master. please open a ticket in our bugtracker for that.

what I realize is that you did not provide any patch to improve the situation. So what exactly are you thinking we can do to solve your problem? We are those 5% that don't use windows - so we can't even test it. Even the installer version is compiled from linux. As long as you don't contribute - please don't waste our time with statements like these. We are working hard in our free/unpaid time to provide a high quality and addictive game => realize THIS.

even 64 bit windows should be able to run 32 bit programs. i've never tried it - but as shipit said: we need more information. error messages and so on.

oh, in fact the difficulty level has an impact there - the aliens are making more damage in higher difficulty levels.

awesome. it wasnt meant as a replacement, not even a suggestion for ufoai. i have no clue about swig or any other binding lib because i havent done anything with them. so dont give anything on my oppinion about this topic ;)

I've researched a little bit on swig and co - https://github.com/vinniefalco/LuaBridge looks cool, too.
