Another strange thing is, he already built an UFO Yard and had maps with an UFO on it, why didn't he get the capture prompt? I think in harvesting missions you get it too, right, not only when you shot one down?

Hi, I tried both the addon to the shortcut as well as the console command and both didn't work for me. When I typed the command, I was told to load the mod (something like that) and I had only one option called "base", I clicked it and nothing happened. (besides the game reloading real quick)

I'd declare a claw look as awesome, for all alien weapons. I don't wanna step on anyone's toes, but I find the looks of the ships superior to the plasma rifle, for example. The sips habve interesting curves, paired with a slick green :)

Haha ok, I didn't want to imply that you deliberatly stole the model or something. But thanks for the reply. Funny how two independent studios get to a very similar model, but hey, we've had that in evolution several times ;) Gaming evolves! (No sarcasm intended)

A little side note, I immediatly thought "halo" as well when spotting the plasma pistol, so I'm with you and your friends. On the other hand, I don't think it's too inappropriate, as I'm all about sharing, but if I were in the developer's shoes, I'd have a little respect towards legal consequences.

Yeah, up to that point I was able to build a base even with my offsite installation at the limit, but I thought there might be other rules which prohibit me from building a new base.

Hi, I don't think it's a bug so I post it here. I can't create my third base. I'm on 19. may of first year and want to create my 3rd base in asia, after having built one in europe and n-america. But I can't, if I click create base, nothing happens. Anyone know what's up with that? I have enough funds.

EDIT: Found out myself that I needed to destroy an offsite installation. I searched your wiki and googled for a reason why no base could be built, maybe it would help others to mention somewhere that you need free offsite slots. And an UI element telling the player how many slots there are total/already in use would be very helpful.

You seem to be right, mansion came up after another crash and it loaded without problems.
