Also, any answers on those missing folders?  I have a 2.5 build now, and I can't find them.

Also, does that mean there is no difference between difficulty other than tne starting resources and the income?  All battles are the same regardless of level, right?  And does difficulty effect how many UFOs there are?

This requires 2.5 right?  I'm playing on 2.4, but since it's a new game I'll switch over at this point.  If not, I don't have a ufos subfolder in my base folder at all.

I have two things to ask about difficulty, and just one question:

1-What are the differences between alien stats on different difficulties? (accuracy, health, damage dealt, etc.)

2-Is there a way to adjust the starting employees?  Like for example, edit a text file so on very hard I can start with 15 soldiers instead of 8?

3-Not related to difficulty, but any way to make all soldiers male?  I want to make a squad full of NBA players to destroy the aliens.

Did you skip missions and let people die?  Perhaps you need to not only keep nations happy, but save a certain percent of civillians.

Is there anyway I can transport my campaign teams into skirmish mode?  I know I can just equip the soldiers the same way as my campaign soldiers, but it'd be nice to use my hard trained campaign soldiers in skirmish and multiplayer.

I always do, it helps me keep track of who is who.  i.e. I know who my sniper is, and can tell that my sniper is in the hospital without clicking on him.  I think a class system should be implemented at some point, however.

Has anyone here played Silent Storm?  It's a squad based tactics turn based game, like JA or UFO:AI.  The way seeing civiliians and enemies works is that soldiers can hear the enemy, putting a silouhette of a soldier where the noise came from.  Every seen enemy has an icon over their head.  If it is red, the soldier you're currently clicked on can see that enemy, but if its gray, your current soldier can't but somebody else can.  The hearing thing would be difficult to add in, but does anyone else agree it's annoying to tell who can shoot each alien and who has an eye on them?  With these, you could have recon and scout units designed to spy on the enemies.
