Bugs in development version (2.6-dev) / Question about strange screen filter

Hi, I`v decided to try out 2.6dev version after been fan of ufoai for a long time
First thing i noticed is a huge redesign in ui, not in a goog way, but its WIP so i`m ok with that
Second - ugly dust pattern all over the screen, I`m actually not shure is it a bug or intended
the only screen free from this noise is geoscape
Is it a bug of some sort? is there a way to disable this filter?
Second unrelated question - how to switch to 2d geoscape?
