Bugs in stable version (2.5) / 22 Aug download - main screen bug

I just download the game and I found bug, that makes gameplay impossible. Main screen, with menu is filling only 1/4 of my screen (lower left part of a screen) - rest is black. Letters are so small, that I can not change any options. Changing screen resolution didn't help.
System information:
XP Pro (with all updates), GF9600GT (newest drivers), processor E7300, 4 GB RAM, screen resolution 1440x900
Previous version of UFO 2,5 (from last month_ was working perfectly.
