Maybe better improve usual cursor on animated cursor? And add waiting cursor when soldiers moving?

OK, some specyfication:

Green bar (out turn) is always all green and not share bar for characters:


Red bar (enemy turn) is red (enemies moved) and bright red and share bar for enemies:


Blue bar (civilians turn) is blue (civilians moved) and bright blue and share bare for civilians:
