Bugs prior to release 2.3 / Kill aliens bug

When i kill any alien, the alien still appears like alive and if i hit him second time game crashed.Here is the log(revision 24695):

model "models/aliens/taman/body01.md2" doesn't have animation "death0"
R_AnimChange: No such animation: death0 (model: models/aliens/taman/body01.md2)

I have the same problem (SP3) i tried to switched off some video options but the problem still appear on every map

After i updated and recompiled the game today the game again crashed but with new ERROR: Negative TU costs while walking

Ok  i have the same problem ... but on crash ufo maps and just sometimes not always so i check the console output:
PC_SPAWN: Could not spawn child particle for : 'fire'
Too many particles (don't add bumFlame) exceeded 2048

Ok i think i understood the problem ...  like i said before this is bug that happen sometimes in windows xp, i think so because i have none at the given problems

Yes i am ... i am using this account for everything, i think this is some bug in windows so i'll try to reinstall it and recompile the game

Nope i am using XP, yes i have full permissions but cant change read-only attribute .. i have no idea, that doesnt happen before ..  i compiled the game with C:B get no errors so ?
