i think that if you are winning the aliens might think that your weapons are the cause and not your commanding talents so they think that with the weapons they will get a tactical advantage

2x2 grid space units.  Currently, alien soldiers, player soldiers, and civilians occupy a single, 1x1 grid space in the battlescape, but there are plans for units which occupy 2x2 (4 total) grid spaces.  If you've played the original X-COM, the player had 2x2 Heavy Weapons Platforms available, while the aliens had a few 2x2 terror units (Cyberdisc, Reaper, Sectopod).

There has definitely been talk of this, and I am pretty sure it is planned.  What you are thinking of will probably manifest as 2x2 grid space units; human UGVs would qualify, and alien counterparts of course.  I don't think all 2x2 size aliens will be limited to just mechanical units, though...
What do you mean by space units? that there like UFOs? because they could be dropped off by UFOs maybe  ;D

when i am playing on certain maps the music starts the first song but then when its over i hear a bunch of whit noise like when you TV is disconnected from the antenna the shhhhrrrggg noise

        if you have any info please let me now

 :D i have heard that humans are going to have  new assult vehicles but have you thought about the poor aliens if there going to get something because i have thought it would be cool to fight vehicle to vehicle or your rocket launchers against alien Vehicles

I wanted to say civilians are running away from aliens in the latest (dev) version afair. (as i've experienced)

Well, I think we should put in great penality if a Phalanx soldier kills civilians if it isn't in already. The aim of Phalanx IS to save civilians not to hunt them.

yes i know that but if one alien is behind the civilian and he runs forward towards were i am killing the other aliens thats what i dont like because i dont fire because of the civilian but the civilian gets killed or in the crossfire one of my men gets killed

i think your on something here i would like that because it is already bad that the alien have better ships and armor but us having rookie pilots is just worse

Well to tell you the truth i hate civilians i just save the ones but i want a button or trigger r whatever so i wont waste bullets and men like if a civilian is in front of the alien i shoot and the civilian dies and i can shoot the alien but i dont have any TUs left for a killing blow

i think they should make a button that tells all the civilians to head to a safezone or for them to head to the ship because i had civilians walk right thru the battle zone just to get killed on the other side by aliens or by my team in RF crossfire

if you have any comments please write them down i would like your opinion

 ;D i wanted to now if in version 2.2.1 you can fight the traitors (humans) because i finished it and did not fight any humans or researched Any thing that reported some thing like that ecause i checked out the enemy on earth reseach and the XVI disease on the FAQ on this web site but i cant find it in the game

i always wanted the aliens to attack my base and i cant ever get that i want to fight them on my terrain well if you can awnser please do (and this game rocks)

 ;D dude your totally right when i was playing i had 2 squads because i needed one extra if i am under attack or i needed to go to another mission and my first ship is out of fuel but if you could name them like red 1 or omega or whatever you want to i sent a unarmed squad to fight the sheevar and the were all killed and i think the bad guys new i did not have guns because the all rushed me well thats all ::)
