App opened successfully on my 1.25 Ghz G4 ATI 8500. OSX 10.5.2
I only went so far as to place the first base. I'm looking forward to the bug hunt this evening.

Feature Requests / CTD with unloaded weapon

When I first got a laser rifle I equipped a soldier even though it was shaded red - no ammo. (hey, we're beta testing) This resulted in a crash to desktop upon entering the the tactical map. I was able to re-equip and continue the mission.
The game seems to be getting more unstable as time goes on.

Before I start submitting crash logs, I'll start over with a fresh install.
I've only just found the invisible user/.ufoai folder.
Question: I am on an older Mac, should I post bugs here or only in the Mac section?

Mac / .ufoai/save folder invisible

First off, this is a wonderful effort. Kudos to all involved.
and to tchristney for the Mac dmg, keep 'em coming!
Those of us still using older Macs can feel quite deprived.  : (
I have been fortunate to do some beta testing, when I get oriented I hope I can provide some useful bug reports.

First one: Saves, etc.
.ufoai is found at /user/
but the folder is invisible

After hunting fruitlessly I used OnyX to show invisible files.
