 I prefer the "no save in combat" for the tension but I could see allowing 1 save in case a mission runs long and I actually have to do something in RL...Yuk,sunlight,people
 I haven't minded doing any mission over as they are the most fun I've had since X-com.
 I'm old. I love turn based. It was good enough for my father and my fathers father.

TYVM That explains it. I was setting the reaction fire not realizing it would continue to cost points each turn. It makes sense that it would now that I think of it. Thanks again.

I seem to wind up in battle with maybe one soldier with 30 TU's and everyone else with about 16. I can't see that speed is any indicator. Does weight slow them down at all? I'm playing v 2.2 and loving it. I hope the answer isn't too obvious to everyone except me. Thanks.
