Coding / dev-cpp problem

Hi I've been playing the game on my debian system at work, great job :-)
However when I try to compile it with Dev-CPP on my winXP box I get an error message when compiling ufo.dev:
(svn/dev version)
cannot find -lvorbisfile
I tried to figure out how to get this to work by grabbing the source, but I have no clue about compiling in windows :-/
