1-2 Flamers
2-3 Grenade lanuchers (rockets seem to miss at range more than I'd like)
2-3 laser rifles
~1 Riot Shotgun (it used to be much better than it is now...)
The rest are snipers. And everyone gets a medkit, as having secondary weapons seems much less useful than having healing capabilities...
