How can I load my saved games from v. 2.3 after I installed v 2.3.1?

I can't find them on the game folder, and they do not appear inside game screen!!

Did I mess it up by installing over the same folder?

Hello guys. I'm new to the game and read a few posts saying that there is a Tech Tree on Wiki.

I don't know if i'm stupid or what, but I couldn't find any tech tree anywhere (neither on the official site, nor on Wiki).

Can anyone please tell me where to find a tech tree?
