I'm not sure what the current plans for automission are, but there was a really good suggestion that I was also thinking of. This is to have the results of the automission be determined by past performance under similar conditions. SO once you've got a map/aliens/squad/weapons situation down, you won't have to do it anymore.

FAQ / alien containment

How many alien containment centers do you need? Do you need just one or one for each base? If a team wins a battle and their base has no alien center are the captives/bodies lost or are they sent to another base?
